4.  Practical training Abroad

• Food & Accommodation provided

• AIESEC coordinator will be with you throughout the training

• Security & other conditions recommended from AIESEC

• AIESEC will screen the students followed with an Interview conducted by the company panelists
• Other individuals CVs will be stored in the database of AIESEC for future recruitment needs
• One day event will be held with the participation of the selected students and the respective companies. (opening ceremony)
• In collaboration with companies, a series of Career Development Work shop will be held once a week in entire month for the selected students of the International Career Development Program
• Provide Practical Training Experience in abroad for 3 months followed by regular evaluation of AIESEC
• The programme will sum up with a Graduation to assess the participants of the International Career Development Program & Exhibition organize by AIESEC
• Successful participants of this program will be offered by a recognized certificate which issue by AIESEC & partner companies
• Participants receive the opportunity to get recruit in to partnering companies according to their qualifications & performance in the entire program in AIESEC Career Fair
